Dear Baseball Exhibitor:
It is time to make final preparations for the 50th WBCA Clinic to be held at the Marriott Madison West, 1313 John Q. Hammons Drive, Middleton, WI 53562 on February 14th and 15th.
The speakers at this year’s clinic will feature some of the best clinicians in the game of baseball. Now it’s time to gather the other key components to our Clinic… you, the EXHIBITORS! We offer a fantastic opportunity for you to reach over 700 plus college, high school, legion, and youth coaches.
Pertinent information for exhibitors can be found on the pdf files below...
When your confirmation form and check are returned to me by mail, your space will be reserved for you. We ask that you also consider donating an item to our raffle (held on Saturday). In addition, vendors are cordially invited to the Hot Stove Social on Friday night.
We are also offering additional opportunities! (See enclosed options on the Confirmation Form). Our fantastic Baseball Wisconsin Yearbook will go out to all of our coaches that same weekend. This book is given to each clinic attendee and is also sold throughout our state. The WBCA web page is viewed regularly by coaches and other baseball enthusiasts; please check it out at www.baseballwisconsin.com. These are tremendous advertising opportunities for your company or school. If you should choose not to exhibit at our clinic this year, we urge you to seriously consider placing an ad in our popular, highly read yearbook the will be in full color this year, and our Coaches Association web page.
I hope to hear from you soon. As always, reservations will be taken on a first-received basis. Ads for our yearbook must be received no later than January 8, 2020. For advertising in the yearbook, please contact Joe Waite, our yearbook and website director at baseballwisconsin@gmail.com
We look forward to seeing you in February!
