Head coaches must be members of the WBCA for their players to be eligible for All-District and All-State and seniors eligible for scholarships and have a chance to play in the All-Star Classic. Every year there are hurt and upset players and parents that did not receive recognition to only find out later that it was because their head coach wasn't a member.
