KENOSHA, Wis. -- The Carthage Baseball team took on the Wisconsin-Oshkosh at home on Wednesday afternoon. The Firebirds gained momentum throughout the middle innings, securing a large profit win on April 24th. The win marks a monumental milestone for Head Coach Augie Schmidt IV as he secures his 1,000th victory in his 36th season as Head Coach at Carthage College.  The victory came appropriately on Augie Schmidt Field on the Carthage Campus in Kenosha.
