WBCA Scholarship Application Form
Scholarship Information


1. Six $500.00 Scholarships will be awarded each year by the WBCA Coaches Association. Graduating seniors may apply that meet the criteria of the application form. There may be a maximum of one nomination per school.

2. The winners will be selected by a committee established by the WBCA Executive Board. They will be chosen based on athletic and academic achievement, community involvement, sportsmanship, and coaches recommendation.

3. The letters of nomination must be received by June 15th of each year. They must be sent to Bob Gawlitta, 2640 Boles Circle, Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin 54495.

The individuals chosen will be contacted by July 15th. They will be eligible to receive their scholarship after the Executive Board receives records of their first semester college grades. This may also be sent to Mr. Gawlitta. PRINT THIS FORM OUT AND MAIL IT IN!
